Quilly Park’s Fastnet Rock x Avienus colt sold well at the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale to Hong Kong-based agent Apollo Ng Shung for $90,000.
Our colt was one of just 40 BOBS eligible yearlings catalogued at the Sale.
We are grateful to Coolmore Australia for preparing him so well and ensuring that he attracted a lot of interest in the lead up to the Sale.
Apollo Ng Shung is renowned as one of the finest Hong Kong-based agents. He’s had a run of success at securing quality bloodstock to race, notably Gust Of Wind, winner of the Australian Oaks at Randwick.
It’s a great endorsement for the horse that someone with Apollo’s experience has bought him.
Fastnet Rock is enjoying an incredible run of success with his offspring at the moment, his progeny have every chance of going on to achieve something.
