Of ten Warrior’s Reward yearlings through the ring, our Devious Flight colt achieved the highest bid of $25,000 at the VOBIS Gold Sale on Sunday, April 28th.
Our colt was purchased by Bond Li of Legends Bloodstock and is likely to be destined for Hong Kong.
Stud Manager Angela Delaney said, ‘Our Warriors’s Reward colt was open to everything, he wanted to give at every stage which made his preparation easy. He thrived on each challenge.
‘Our relaxed environment means that there is no added stress for the yearlings.
‘Being a boutique farm we can give each of our horses that bit more attention and will always allow time to develop where needed. We never rush horses.’
It was a great result for Quilly Park, being the highest sold Warrior’s Reward of the VOBIS Gold Sale.
He’s a big, athletic horse who received a lot of positive comments during his parades.
